I'm head over heels for the photography of Julie Blackmon. I love her vintage/modern take on domesticity and I so want a family portrait like the one above.

ReplyDeleteso awesome!
ReplyDeleteJulie Blackmon is one of my favorites, she has an amazing coffee table book offered through her gallery, Claire Oliver in New York. The best part? It's a steal at $50.00!

I just discovered her as well! I have a friend who is a photographer and did a similar family photo. The couple was kissing while the father held is child upside down by one leg at arms' length. It was actually really cool. Anyway, it looked much like this one.
