on being a mom...
tonight I forgot about all the things that i sometimes think a "perfect" mom should be and for a brief moment I had complete clarity that motherhood is all about being lucky enough to share your life with a little perfect being (they will always be little, no matter how old they get...if not always perfect).

It's so funny living back here in Utah now and being a mom. All the places I used to go and try to be cool stuff are so different now! You don't even think about the whole "coolness" thing when you're just trying to survive a temper tantrum! HA!
I think I love motherhood more because it's so hard! Crazy!
p.s. Love your new 'do. You are the most versatile person I know when it comes to hair! LUCKY!
